What’s included with tickets ?
Tickets include:

Glamping accommodation, bell tents and camper van passes can be bought separately.
Day tickets do not include camping.
When can I arrive?
Weekend ticket holders with camping can access the campsite from 4pm on Friday 4th July, and need to leave the campsite by 12pm on Monday 7th July.
Day ticket holders can arrive from 11am.
Is this a family event ?
Yes, with nature based activities happening across the weekend, there is something for everyone.
Is there parking on site ?
Yes, car parking passes can be purchased for £10 from the ‘Extras tab’ on our ticket page. The car park is a 5 minute walk up the lane from the main event site. For accessible parking, please contact hello@fireinyoursoul.co.uk.
Can I leave the event and come back to the event once I’ve already entered, even to go back to my car ?
Yes, you may leave and re-enter.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, payments can be made in cash or by card onsite.
Is there food available onsite? Can I bring my own food and drink?
We have tasty, local food and drinks traders operating throughout the weekend.

I’m unable to attend the event now, can I get a refund ?
Unfortunately not, but you can resell your ticket on the resale platform on SEE tickets.
I have accessibility requirements. Who should I direct my enquiry to ?
Fire in Your Soul is an open-air event in a green field site, overlooking Chew Valley Lake. The event is situated on hilly uneven terrain which may be difficult for those with limited mobility, particularly in the event of extreme weather.
Accessible toilets are available at the venue. Personal Assistant tickets may be available, subject to proof of eligibility.

Can I bring my dog?
We love animals, but for everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered service dogs are allowed on site.
What should I bring?
- Yoga Mats, journal and a pen
- Swimwear for sauna & ice baths
- Comfortable clothing and footwear, suitable for yoga and activities
- Water bottle & mug
- Cosy jumpers & blankets for evenings round the fire
- Headtorch for exploring at night
- Waterproofs… just in case!
And anything else you might need to be comfortable and enjoy your weekend in nature.
Prohibited Items
- llegal substances. We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, this includes legal highs
- Glass – as a working farm we need to leave our fields ready for livestock once we leave.
- Dogs / pets – unfortunately we cannot allow any pets other than guide dogs. This includes the build, break & live periods.
- Sky lanterns or fireworks
- Drones
- Generators
- Personal stereos
Camping & Glamping
Do all tickets include camping ?
Not all tickets include camping, but packages, glamping accommodation and bell tents can be purchased on our Tickets Page.
If you wish to bring your own tent, please select the WITH CAMPING (BYO TENT) option.
Day tickets do not include camping.
Can we hire accommodation onsite ?
Yes, please see our Accommodation page for details of beautiful accommodation options which you can rent for the weekend.
Accommodation bookings give access from Friday 4th July 4pm – Monday 7th July at 11am.
