As the mastermind behind Fire Jockeys, he brings together top chefs like Lesley Gates, Mike Saunders, Martin Sivba, and Henry Eldon. From slow BBQ to high-heat searing, expect bold flavours and primal cooking techniques in a fiery celebration of food.

Join chef Martin Sivba for a hands-on cooking demo, where you’ll make fresh dough and cook pitta bread over an open fire. Learn the magic of basic ingredients and enjoy fire-cooked flavours with steak or other fillings.
Perfect for bread-making beginners or food lovers, this demo will inspire and bring people together around the fire.

Mike & Erin Saunders – Steak Demo
Mike Saunders has competed in KCBS BBQ competitions for the last 10 years with The Barkness BBQ team and now Judge BBQ contests, SCA steak contests and general food competitions where required along with some judging for Taste Of The West in Exeter.
Mike will be doing a steak demo with unusual cuts such as hangar, onglet and flat iron, explaining the differences and serving with a freshly made chimichuri.
Mike will be joined by his daughter Erin, who is a student of professional cookery at City of Bristol college.
