These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at the Fire In Your Soul Festival (“Festival”), organised by Tipi Events Ltd  (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Registration

• Purchase: Tickets must be purchased via our official website or authorised outlets. The stated price at purchase is final, subject to any applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase, or via a payment schedule.
• Non-Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorised by us.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

• Festival Cancellation: If the Festival is cancelled by us, a full refund of the ticket price (excluding fees) will be issued.
• Rescheduling: In the event of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, no refunds will be provided.
• No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend, except in the case of Festival cancellation.

3. Changes to the Festival

We reserve the right to amend the Festival programme, schedule, or venue without prior notice. All changes will be communicated via our website and through the contact details provided at ticket purchase.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

• Expectations: Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms.
• Safety: Follow all instructions from staff and security. We will not be liable for any injury or loss resulting from non-compliance.

5. Health and Safety

• Responsibility: Attendance at the Festival is at your own risk. You are responsible for your personal safety and should take all necessary precautions.
• Insurance: We recommend that you obtain suitable personal insurance to cover any risks associated with attending.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any attendee, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

All content on our website and promotional materials, including logos, images, and text, is the property of us or our licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
