Layla is a Systematic Kinesiology practitioner who uses gentle muscle testing techniques to find imbalances in the body. She uses a combination of physical, energetic, emotional and chemical (nutritional) techniques to gently bring you back into balance.  She believes that getting to the root causes of illness, injury and emotional imbalances is possible through a holistic approach to physical and mental health.

Katie Despres is a Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, trained with The Centre for Systemic Constellations (The CSC), offering monthly workshops and one-to-one sessions with individuals and couples in Bristol.

Family Constellations is a gentle yet powerful way of exploring the hidden dynamics and ancestral patterns we inherit — the unresolved stories and trauma that can quietly affect how we live, love, and relate. Whether it’s relationship struggles, family tensions, or feeling stuck, this work helps bring understanding and healing to what lies beneath the surface.

Katie brings a deep, real-life understanding to this work — shaped not just by professional training, but by her own life. Coming from and creating a complex blended family, she knows firsthand how ancestral and family patterns can shape our lives. Family Constellations has helped her find compassion for herself and her family, and to see the wider lens behind difficult dynamics. With a background in yoga, embodied practices, and business, she holds this work as a way of meeting life as it is — including all that we carry, and finding a way to move forward with kindness and respect.

Lizzie Bingham, a trained nurse and Five Element Acupuncturist, integrates sound healing into her practice using Acutonics planetary tuning forks on acupuncture points to rebalance the body’s meridians.

This combination of acupuncture and sound therapy promotes deep healing, supporting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Lizzie also practices Angelic Reiki and Usui Reiki, channeling energy to enhance her treatments. With a compassionate, intuitive approach, she creates a nurturing space for clients to reconnect with their inner balance and vitality.
