Safia Almaghrabi

Safia Almaghrabi

Yoga for healing – Bookings Open from May 30th

Safia believes strongly in the enormously healing powers of yoga and is deeply passionate about sharing this medicine with others in need. After years of battling anxiety, living in a state of constant panic and fear, yoga and meditation showed Safia a window into another reality. A way to safety.  She has felt first hand the benefits of incorporating both Yin and Yang styles of practice to balance and harmonise our personal needs. She wants nothing more than people to feel welcome in all of their shades of messy and wonderful, creating an accepting environment to soften into the freedom of the body and liberation of the mind. She teaches in creative Vinyasa flow and Yin often working with the very real joys and struggles we share as humans. Inspired by the weave of the 5 elements in nature within and around us, she uses the practice to inquire and learn to listen to our internal landscape and in turn alchemise our lives.

Katie Despres

Family Constellations Workshop & Talk

Katie Despres – What We Inherit; Ancestral Trauma & Family Constellations. An Experiential Introduction

Katie Despres is a Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, trained with The Centre for Systemic Constellations (The CSC), offering monthly workshops and one-to-one sessions with individuals and couples in Bristol.

Family Constellations is a gentle yet powerful way of exploring the hidden dynamics and ancestral patterns we inherit — the unresolved stories and trauma that can quietly affect how we live, love, and relate. Whether it’s relationship struggles, family tensions, or feeling stuck, this work helps bring understanding and healing to what lies beneath the surface.

Katie brings a deep, real-life understanding to this work — shaped not just by professional training, but by her own life. Coming from and creating a complex blended family, she knows firsthand how ancestral and family patterns can shape our lives. Family Constellations has helped her find compassion for herself and her family, and to see the wider lens behind difficult dynamics. With a background in yoga, embodied practices, and business, she holds this work as a way of meeting life as it is — including all that we carry, and finding a way to move forward with kindness and respect.
